Marti began her real estate career in 1990, following in her father's and grandfather's footsteps. With a fresh and "outside the box" approach to the industry, her focus, determination, and old fashioned hard work earned her the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award. Hiring her first assistant in 1993, Marti's Home Connection Team has "morphed" (her favorite description of the growth) to a staff of nine; with eight licensed agents and licensed support staff.
